It is one thing to know what is right and another thing to actively live such truths every day. Since real change within any organization comes with hard work and informed leaders, the McCann Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team hired me to help put the finishing touches on their educated agenda through a series of internal decks, C-Suite memos, social media posts and PR pages. In addition, we created harder-hitting messaging to really ensure Conscious Inclusion is understood and promoted across the network through a host of educational workshops and conferences.
